In today's world, unfortunately, customer service is lacking a great deal. However, Corey and his staff are an exception to this problem. They are so very helpful to get you the right "policy fit" for your needs. They are courteous, friendly and make the insurance process go as smoothly as possible. They are VERY knowledgeable of their product. I only wish they sold all kinds of insurance so I could deal only with them. :) Lynn

Customer service is excellent. When requesting quotes on builders risk or any other policies, we normally get a response in less than 24 hours. Someone from the office advises us of upcoming renewals for GL or our property insurance at least 30 days prior to a lapse which gives us time to prepare, unlike our previous carriers who have us a day or two notice. I have done business with HBIS for a long time. Fortunately I have not had to contact them very often. Every time I have needed them I get immediate response. The staff knows what they are doing and when I do need a big gun they call me promptly as well. As businesses grow the relationships and customer service sometimes lost in priority. Not here. I really appreciate it.
Your rates are good. Anytime we ask for a quote, we get a response most commonly within an hour but always within 24 hours

I switched from one of the largest Builders Risk insurance providers that operates in most major Texas cities because big is not always better.
